Bayeux Behind the Scenes is a print-at-home e-book, the follow up to Mia's Bayeux Tapestry Colouring Book. It features almost 25 drawings of scenes that I imagine could have happened around the time when The Bayeux Tapestry was made. It sings praise to those who were left out from the embroidery - the people caring for the horses, the men making weapons and shields, the women sewing garments and doing the laundry. I have shown men jumping ship and a frustrated teacher with a group of archery students, a woman taking revenge on the man setting her house on fire and a group repairing a building after an attack. I have even added myself drawing images for this book. There are also a few images from the original embroidery and a handful of famous fairy tale drawings. Bayeux Behind the Scenes is laced with a large dose of humour and every image is inspired by The Bayeux Tapestry.
